Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “Forest Bathing,” Forest Therapy invites us to slow down, awaken the senses, and reconnect with the natural world.

Rather than walking with a destination in mind, participants are gently guided through a series of invitations that encourage presence, curiosity, and connection. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to. The forest becomes both companion and guide.
Set within the natural landscapes of Kintsugi Life Design and other carefully selected regional locations, Forest Therapy experiences unfold at a gentle pace, creating space to slow down, notice, and reconnect with both nature and self.

Sessions conclude with a shared tea ceremony, offering an opportunity for reflection, gratitude, and connection.

Participants often describe feeling calmer, more grounded, mentally refreshed, and deeply restored.

No experience or special level of fitness is required — only a willingness to slow down and notice.
